Inter welcome Tottenham to San Siro on Tuesday as the two sides get their respective Champions League campaigns under way in Group B.
The hosts return to the top table of European football for the first time since the 2011-12 season, ending a six-year hiatus, and they face a difficult task against the Premier League side.
Spurs may not have the same level of pedigree as their Serie A counterparts, but Mauricio Pochettino's men have shown glimpses of their quality in recent seasons, recording wins over Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund.

Betting & Match Odds
Interestingly, Tottenham are slight favourites to win the game, with bet365 giving odds of 8/5 on the Premier League side. The hosts, Inter, are rated 2/1 to win and a draw is available at 9/4.
Inter and Tottenham are both facing similar problems of form ahead of their meeting in the Champions League, so they will each be hoping to use the game as a springboard for improvement.
Having finished fourth in Serie A last term, Luciano Spalletti's side are currently struggling at the wrong end of the table with just one win from their opening four matches.
They come into the game against Spurs on the back of a disappointing home defeat to Parma, which has left the Nerazzurri licking their wounds.
"It's a painful defeat," Spalletti told reporters of the loss to Parma. "When you find yourself with four points from four games in front of this crowd and considering the fixture list, it becomes difficult to find excuses.
"We did well for long spells, we were always in their half but we certainly need to offer more than what we did. The responsibility is mine above all if a lot of players are showing less than their full potential."
Spurs, likewise, come into the match having lost 2-1 at home to Liverpool in their last outing, a result which follows a surprising 2-1 defeat to Watford. However, Pochettino is remains unfazed.
"I am not a person who suffers too much. I try to find the solution," said the Argentine in the aftermath of the Liverpool game.
"Don't worry for me – we need to be worried for the real things. I am so good, I am so happy.
"We started the season with good results, but we knew the circumstances and the reality after the World Cup were completely different.
"I was relaxed and not worried and today I am relaxed and not worried. My faith in this group of players is 200 per cent, not 100 per cent."
